Delivery in the UK

If items are in stock and your order is placed before 2pm we will make every effort to ship the same day. A signature will be required on delivery.

There are two delivery methods;

Next Day UK Delivery (Next day delivery before 1pm Mon - Fri). Delivery charge is £6.00 for the first pair of shoes and then £3.00 for any additional pairs. The delivery charge for boots is £8.00 for first pair and then £6.00 for any additional pairs.

First Class Standard (It takes 3 -5 working days). Delivery charge is £3.50 for the first pair of shoes and then £2.50 for any additional pairs. The delivery charge for boots is £6.50 for the first pair and then £3.00 for any additional pairs.

Worldwide delivery

For worldwide deliveries allow around 10 working days. The postage will be calculated based on weight. Normally the charge for Europe is £9.50 for your first pair of shoes and then £6.50 for any additional pairs. The delivery charge for the rest of world is £14.00 for your first pair of shoes and then £6.50 for any additional pairs.

How to pay

We accept postal orders, cheques ( allow 7days for cheque clearance) and the following debit and credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Diners and switch. Sterling cheques to be made payable to Crispins Shoes.

Refunds and exchanges

If an item is unsuitable you can return it for a refund or exchange. Please return the unworn goods within 10 days of receipt. We do not provide a free return service.

Please note that returning parcels are your responsibility until they reach us, so we suggest using registered post for peace of mind.
